 Mat Pilates is a style of exercise  created to improve one's strength and flexibility. One works to reinforce structural alignment and spinal length through a series of dynamic, controlled floor exercises. Pilates creates tremendous core strength with coordination of the upper and lower body.

 One should expect to

1) Gain muscle tone with no impact

2) Enjoy the benefits of strengthening while stretching

3) Attain muscular and skeletal balance

4)  Improve coordination, respiration, posture and alignment
